On September 27, Hainan Province held a reception to celebrate the 74th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China in Haikou.

This year also marks the 35th anniversary of Hainan's establishment of a provincial special economic zone and the 5th anniversary of General Secretary Xi Jinping's Solemnly Announced that the CPC Central Committee supports Hainan's comprehensive deepening of reform and opening up and the construction of a free trade port with Chinese characteristics. In accordance with the strategic framework of "one book, three foundations, four beams and eight pillars", the whole province aims at the highest level of opening up in the world today, and promotes the construction of free trade port from "smooth start" to "vigorous development" to "obvious progress" and then to "vigorous rise". Feng Fei said that at a new historical starting point, Hainan will unite more closely around the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at the core, keep in mind the instructions of its leaders, cherish the "great nation", always insist on taking high-quality development as its primary task, take risk prevention and control and safety guarantee as the most critical variables related to the success or failure of the construction of a free trade port, and devote all its energy to letting the people live a good life. One heart and one mind will push forward the great cause of building a free trade port with Chinese characteristics.
