In order to promote the high-quality development of the company, stimulate the vitality of employees, and further enhance the team cohesion and collaboration ability, nearly 500 employees from ZOSE Cinemas, ZOSE Advertising, ZOSE Pictures, ZOSE Real estate, ZOSE Pawn and the headquarters of the group formed five teams, which successively carried out Autumn 2023 League construction in Qiongzhong, Hainan, Baoting, Hainan, Chengdu, Sichuan and Chongqing.

In Baihualing Scenic Spot in Qiongzhong, Hainan Province, employees of the Group experienced interesting projects such as collective mountaineering, rain forest speed skating and glass boardwalk. While enjoying the beautiful scenery of tropical rain forest, everyone cared for and helped each other, so as not to fall behind or give up. The partners cheered on the speeding tour bus and harvested the joy of successful summit in the difficult and sweaty climbing process. Baihualing in Qiongzhong, Hainan Province, is known as an "encyclopedia" of tropical rain forest. The forest coverage rate exceeds 90%. The peaks are stacked one after another, and the ancient trees and gods are towering, just like a paradise.

In Hainan Baoting original eco-tourism area full of Li and Miao ethnic customs, the enthusiasm of the small partners of the ZOSE Cinemas (Hainan) team is very high. The colorful expansion activities kicked off on the lawn of Baoting Shuangda Yeshe Hotel. The participants were divided into six teams, from team formation to captain selection, from group competition to individual display, actively cooperated and encouraged each other, successfully completed the expansion projects. They were humble in victory and gracious in defeat.

In Chengdu, Chongqing and other southwest regions, the small partners of the ZOSE Cinemas (Southwest) team visited Leshan Giant Buddha, Nanshan Tree and other scenic spots respectively, and participated in Chengdu Happy Valley "Fly over the Mediterranean","Caribbean Cyclone Zone" and "Silk Road Odyssey" and other competitions. Everyone relaxed their mood, released pressure and tested their will and endurance.

This activity is not only an outdoor expansion to relax body and mind and get close to nature, but also a group building activity to enhance staff cohesion and centripetal force.
