In order to promote the public infrastructural work of Haikou, the Vice President of Hainan Committee of CPPCC Wang Lu led the member of Education Science Culture Health and Sport Committee of Hainan Province of CPPCC and the experts to survey the public infrastructural work of Haikou. The President of Haikou CPPCC Han Mei, the Deputy Director of Education Science Culture Health and Sport Committee of Hainan Province of CPPCC and Chairman of Hainan ZOSE Group Liu Wenjun also attended this survey.

The survey team mainly inspected the protection and comprehensive improvement project of Qilou Historical Blocks of Haikou, Hainan Youth Activity Center and Wuyuan River Cultural Park.
