Haikou Foreign Cultural Communication Association held the first member meeting on December 27, 2012. Almost 200 people from the communities of propaganda, culture, travel, exhibition, arts and foreign cultural communication activities attended the meeting. The Chairman of Hainan ZOSE Group Liu Wenjun and the Vice President Xu Jianrong attended the meeting.

The meeting passed the articles of association and elected the leader organization. The Deputy Director of Propaganda Department of Haikou Peng Tielin was elected to the President of Association. The Chairman of Hainan ZOSE Group, Liu Wenjun was elected to the Vice President.
