In order to strengthen the communication between Hainan and Taiwan, broaden the communication channels of two places, a delegation which was comprised of the Hainan Provincial Committee of the CPPCC and leaded by Standing Deputy President of Hainan Committee of CPPCC Zhang Haiguo has visited Taiwan for study and communication.

The delegation of Hainan Committee of CPPCC visited Taiwan Hainan Association, Xinzhu Parliament and Gaoxiong Parliament successively.
