The first China Periodical Trade Fair was held at Wuhan International Exhibition Center on September 14th-16th,2013. The Department of Culture Radio Television Publication and Sports of Hainan Province led 40 representatives of Hainan journals and newspapers to attend the fair. As the representative of Hainan local edited and published journals, the Executive Editor of V-island magazine Liu Xiangyu led his team to participate in the exhibition. During the fair, the exquisite layout and ultra-high production of V-island magazine were unanimously recognized by the provincial and overseas journal units. Many representatives of international well-known magazines including National, Geography, Action Diver, Travel + leisure expressed their great appreciation for the positioning of “Human Life and Culture of Global Island” that put forward by V-island magazine, and hoped to support each other by sharing resources.

The Vice Director of Department of Culture Radio Television Publication and Sports of Hainan Province Liu Songhua fully affirmed the work of V-island magazine in these two years and encouraged the magazine to promote and actively dig the island culture. V-island magazine which regards the blue color of island as the main characteristic also won a great welcome and love by the readers.
