The leaders from Qionghai   Housing Management Bureau and Commodity Price Bureau visited Wanquan Bay on Oct,12th, 2013. The Chief of Qionghai Housing Management Bureau Property Management Department Liang inquired about occupancy rate. Knowing  that staffs of ZOSE Property Management didn’t spare themselves but still worked hard in spite of low occupancy, Chief Liang gave highly praise to their work and emphasized that they haven’t receive any complains since Wanquan Bay founded, and should keep it forward it.
