“Phoenix Forum of Gotone VIP” is the serial tour forum co-operated by China Mobile and Phenix TV. China Mobile Sanya Branch invited the Naval Information Expert Committee and famous military expert, Yin Zhuoshao to make a special lecture of The Challenges China face on the Coastal Area in Sanya on June 15th,2013 which helped the audiences understand more about the global strategy of America.
