On March 23, 2021, members of the Committee of Education, Science, Health and Sports of the Hainan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference visited the ZOSE Group's Danzhou real estate project ZOSE·Golden Bay for investigation.

Fang Fang, deputy secretary-general of the Provincial CPPCC, Feng Wenhai, director of the Education, Science, Health and Sports Committee, and Zhou Shengqiu, full-time deputy director, accompanied by Liu Wenjun, a member of the Provincial CPPCC Standing Committee and Chairman of ZOSE Group, visited the ZOSE·Golden Bay and sales offices , Property Service Center, to learn more about the characteristics and progress of the project.
