The Significant Proposals Symposium of Hainan Committee of CPPCC was held on September 7, 2010. In the meeting attendees discussed about Suggestions on supporting the development of cultural industry of Hainan Province which has been put forward in the 3rd meeting of the 5th Hainan Committee of CPPCC.

In the meeting, the proposer, Vice President of Hainan Federation of Industry and Commerce and Chairman of Hainan ZOSE Group Liu Wenjun made a further explanation of proposal background, and he indicated that there is a big gap between the development of cultural industry of Hainan Province and other cities. Speeding up the development of cultural industry of International Tourism Island is effective way to improve the soft power of Hainan Province; the government should support to develop cultural industry.
